Because our hair tonic is handcrafted in small batches using fresh, organic, and vegan ingredients, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, personal preference, or once a bottle has been opened. Due to the personal care and hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final.
However, your satisfaction and experience are incredibly important to us. If there is a physical issue with your order, we want to make it right.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives damaged during transit (e.g., a broken bottle or leaking package), is defective, or if we accidentally shipped you the wrong item, we will gladly send you a replacement free of charge.
How to request a replacement:
Contact us at info@valegarcia.com within 7 days of receiving your package.
Include your Order Number and a clear photo showing the damage, defect, or the incorrect item you received.
Once we verify the issue, we will ship a fresh replacement bottle to your address at no extra cost to you.
Address & Shipping Errors
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot offer replacements or refunds for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
